Many of these precious pups are victims of cruelty, bred to turn a profit, abused by their owners or abandoned by the humans they loved unconditionally.

Rescuing Roxy
Thursday 18th Apr Roxy came to me when she was 1 year old. I do not know the abuse she suffered, but I do know she was a very scared dog. She had 1 nail missing from a paw and that paw had been damaged. Even after 11 years of caring for Roxy she still has not lost that fear at times.i have to say that she is the happiest, most friendly fur baby I have ever owned. Everywhere we go people just love her friendliness and wagging tale. Her nickname is the Licking Machine.
