Hi, My name is Newt AND i'm walking with my superhuman to lend a paw to our furry friends in need.

In memory of Ollie, and to support more rescues like Newt, please support my Million Paws Walk to fight animal cruelty!

When we adopted Ollie, (in the photo above with his best pal, Lilly) we were very happy to finally walk the Million Paws Walk with our own dog. That tradition carried on for a number of years until our best boy very suddenly passed away from cancer. It took us a while, but we knew we would adopt again, and Newt entered our lives. Now she is carrying on her big brother's tradition of walking each year to raise money for pups that didn't have the best start in life, just like her and Ol.

Newt got an extra boost just before we set off on our walk as she realised we had another 2 donations - from her Aunty Jaime and family and from Dr Karen - so she reached a grand total of $461!! Thank you very much, Newt sends many tail wags your way.

Newt's first selfie, to wish Ness a sunshiney day and thank you for your donation to our epic journey. I may have exaggerated the length of this walk to Newt a teeny bit.

One more sleep till we do the big walk.  In the meantime, many thanks to Monica for her fabulous donation to our quest! As you can see, Newt is quietly contemplating the journey ahead and how lucky she is to have supawters like Monica, to help cheer her on to walking for her fellow pups. xx

Wow! Newt is absolutely having zoomies right now as I just told her she has received donations and we have achieved our first fundraising goal! Thank you very much Mum and Dad and Bron, you have made our day! She is having a bit of a lie down now, having exhausted herself running round the back yard.
