Did you know that nearly 17,000 dogs were cared for by the RSPCA between 2023 and 2024 alone? That’s over 46 dogs every day!
Many of these precious pups are victims of cruelty, bred to turn a profit, abused by their owners or abandoned by the humans they loved unconditionally.
Not only that but the RSPCA takes in and rehabilitates thousands of other animals, from curlews and kookaburras to wombats and wallabies. Many of these are donated from vet clinics around Australia, clinics who are very grateful to have somewhere like RSPCA to send these forgotten wild creatures.
That’s why we're walking and wagging at Million Paws Walk. We're on a mission to raise funds in the hope of helping these forgotten creatures.
